We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials these are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway partner.

- Content you upload into a Product: business records, transaction data, employee/member data, and similar information you or your organization enter into CreditLive, Metabill, TimeHR, or a METABILLPOS platform. Where you make a payment to us online (for example, a Subscription fee / Mandate or invoice), your payment is processed through a third-party, RBI-authorized payment gateway/aggregator ("Payment Partner") [BILLDESK].
Sensitive payment authentication data (full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking login) is collected and processed directly by the Payment Partner, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards and applicable RBI guidelines not stored on our own servers.
With your consent, limited payment details (such as a tokenized card reference) may be securely stored by our Payment Partner to enable faster checkout for future/recurring payments.
We only retain non-sensitive billing details (such as name, billing address, phone number and transaction reference) necessary for invoicing, accounting, and customer support.
