Where an individual Product has its own dedicated privacy policy on its own product website, that policy governs use of that specific Product, and this Policy governs your interaction with EsJay IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as the parent company more broadly, including our corporate Website.

• Identity & Contact details: name, company name, postal address, city, pincode, country, email address, and phone number.
• Business / account details: business registration details, GST registration number, PAN, and other information needed to configure and operate a Product for your organization.
• Payment information: when you make a payment to us, we collect billing details such as name, billing address, and the last four digits and expiry date of your card. We do not store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials these are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway partner.
• Communications: information you share when contacting our sales, support, or consulting teams via phone, email, chat, or contact forms.
• Content you upload into a Product: business records, transaction data, employee/member data, and similar information you or your organization enter into CreditLive, Metabill, TimeHR, or a METABILLPOS platform. This data belongs to you we process it only to provide and support the relevant Product.

Where you make a payment to us online (for example, a Subscription fee / Mandate or invoice), your payment is processed through a third-party, RBI-authorized payment gateway/aggregator ("Payment Partner") [BILLDESK].

Sensitive payment authentication data (full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking login) is collected and processed directly by the Payment Partner, in compliance with PCI-DSS standards and applicable RBI guidelines not stored on our own servers.

With your consent, limited payment details (such as a tokenized card reference) may be securely stored by our Payment Partner to enable faster checkout for future/recurring payments.

We only retain non-sensitive billing details (such as name, billing address, phone number and transaction reference) necessary for invoicing, accounting, and customer support.

We store User Information on secure, reputable cloud infrastructure and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit (SSL/TLS), access controls, and layered server security to protect it from misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.
